•We start with Problem 43.12 on pg. 525.
•Then we'll do Problem 43.15 on pg. 531.
•Next, we'll look at the 'You Be the Judge' exercise on pg. 535, covering situations b), c), d), f), g), & j).
•If time allows, we'll do Problem 25.1 on pg. 565.

•Watch the third segment of Unit 4 of the video series 'Democracy in America' on the sometimes opposing rights of a free press and that of those accused of crimes to have a fair trial, online at:
•After discussion, the rest of the class time is for reading and preparing for next week's test.
•On We, June 21, we will have a Unit 6 test that will cover anything on the unit reading and vocab. handout. The test will be done on Scantron, i.e., Multiple Choice or True/False and will be worth 30 pts. Students may use any hand-written notes they've taken in class or on readings.
